The goal of BODY HARMONICS is to provide an individualized approach to tuning the body, mind and spirit, thus allowing it to function optimally. These personal services are available: BODY HARMONICS Intuitive Massage incorporates multiple techniques - including parasympathetic (relaxation), neuro-muscular and deep tissue massage, shiatsu techniques, and energy work. When appropriate, aromatherapy and/or reflexology may be included. The massage is accompanied by carefully chosen healing music. At BODY HARMONICS, we listen to the body to find out what it needs. The body doesn’t lie. .Reiki is a hands-on channeling of the Universal Life Force energy. It allows and supports the body in healing at all levels. Alone or in combination with other techniques, Reiki creates a state of deep relaxation and provides a climate for healing. Reiki Instruction with Attunement is available to individuals and small groups. Instruction includes the history and theory of Reiki, as well as hands-on guided practice. The Reiki Attunement process opens the recipient’s energy channels to the Reiki energy. |
